Most leaks we're called out to fix aren't tile problems — they're failed cement fillets, thin pre-formed flashings at chimneys, or undersized aprons on bay roofs and dormers. The fix is almost always the same: strip it back, replace with proper lead, hand-formed on site, dressed correctly into the abutment.

We replace failed chimney flashings, step flashings, soakers, valleys, bay roof aprons and roof-to-wall junctions. Every job is finished with the right code lead, the right joints (rolls, welts, clips) and the right pointing — so it stays weathertight for decades, not winters.
